Before you begin any project, you always want to be sure you have the background knowledge and tools you need to help ensure success. Below you can find some helpful websites with information about video composition and effects; sample storyboard types (storyboards are REQUIRED to be submitted along with each entry); and copyright rues and information.
Storyboards: samples and templates
There are several graphic templates available for composing your storyboards. You can choose whichever style you find most appropriate; the importance is in the pre-planning, and careful consideration and inclusion of all elements--camera angles and composition, dialogue or text, lighting, length of shot, etc--in the telling of your story.
